Global Comm offers a variety of things that most agent programs don't. Our involvement can be as much or as little as you wish from pre-sales to long term account management. It can be as simple as helping put together proposals to ensure accurate pricing and go as far as being available for customer appointments to assist with product knowledge and closing the sale. Once the sale is closed we have resources that can be utilized at no additional cost which includes project management, implementation scheduling, on-site delivery training and an internal customer support department. In addition to ensuring that devices are properly provisioned, staged, charged and tested prior to delivery, Global Comm takes the extra step to ensure the above is fulfilled with each and every order. Every unit whether it is a Blackberry with a custom GPS/Payroll application or a standard cell with basic phonebook needs goes through the above process with extreme attention to detail. This is what separates our agent program from the others, true support on all levels.
